As the maximum board size is 2.4m × 1.2m (8ft × 4ft approx.) multiple boards can be printed and easily placed side by side to increase the image area.
As the foamex is lightweight, it can be easily installed with adhesive or strong double sided tape as well as having the durability to be screwed straight through.
Our Foamex is finished by printing onto self-adhesive vinyl and applied to the foamex. This is to ensure the best quality print and the SAV finish is not visible on the Foamex.
As with any foam-based products, please be aware of possible expansion in heated conditions and direct sunlight. If there is no room for expansion (if it is within a frame) this can cause the product to warp.
Standard product tolerance is expansion of up to 5mm per linear metre
